The Florence Civic & Business Association will hold their annual Holiday Parade to celebrate the start of the Holiday season on Saturday, November 26, 2011.
The parade begins at 10am and will end at 10:45am at the Florence Civic Center on Park Street.

Canal Creature Crawl along the Canal Walk. Drop a colorful leaf in the canal, watch it drift into the sunset, follow the Expandable Brass Band and dance with creatures around the canal. Stop by and share a s’more with the Brownies, stay a little later to hear Span of Sunshine in the fabulous Wauregan, right by the Canal Walk!

Open Square Farmers Market, 9/10

The Fall Harvest Festival on Saturday, September 10th, at the Open Square Farmers’ Market will include horse-drawn carriage rides, hot food, artists, music, Zumba demonstrations, and the Expandable Brass Band. The market runs 9am–1pm; we’ll be playing 12–1pm. Come!
The market is at 4 Open Square Way in Holyoke. Open Square Way runs along the first level canal from Dwight St. to Lyman St (entrance across from the Wherehouse). The Farmers Market is in the parking lot of Mill 1, close to Lyman St.
Great Holyoke Block Party 2011

The Expandable Brass Band will perform at the Great Holyoke Block Party on September 3rd, 2011 at Veteran’s Park in Holyoke. We will parade at 11:45am and at the stage at 2:45pm. Click here for the the flyer.

The Market opens at 8:30 am. The Benefit Concert for Tornado Relief starts at 10 am. We’ll play a 45-minute set on Sunday, June 26, starting at 12:30pm or 1. (There are three bands before us and four after us, so make it a day!)
Green River Festival, July 16th

We are booked to perform at 6:30pm.
Located in Greenfield, Massachusetts, and presented by the Franklin County Chamber of Commerce, the 25th anniversary of the Green River Festival is being held July 16th and 17th, 2011, on the campus of Greenfield Community College. The festival combines music on multiple stages, delicious local food, crafts from a range of artisans, a dance tent, the River Meltdown tent, balloon illuminations and hot air balloon launches (weather permitting) for Western Massachusetts’ biggest outdoor event of the summer!
